Lauren was the program manager for risk mitigation of all physical red team findings at Facebook (Meta), and oversaw the development of the Risk Governance Committee, and Global Security Risk Framework. She has over 20 years of experience in risk management, physical security, geopolitics, intelligence, governance, change management, and process improvement. She brings a diverse perspective and unique approaches to solve difficult organizational problems. She helps organizations remove friction and create high performing teams and processes, especially when operating in high risk and high pressure environments.
